Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS –Registrants may obtain a refund if cancellations are made at least 7 days before the first class date. –A $50 processing fee will be charged for the cancellation. RESCHEDULING –Any SCHEDULE CHANGES within seven days of the class start date will result in the student forfeiting their guaranteed spot. REVolution will not charge you an additional fee to take the class as a standby. REVolution cannot guarantee standby availability in a rescheduled class. –If an Instructor COUNSELS THE STUDENT OUT due to safety or skill development concerns, REVolution will not charge you an additional fee to return as a standby. REVolution cannot guarantee standby availability in a rescheduled class. –If you DO NOT ATTEND, OR ARRIVE LATE, REVolution will not charge you an additional fee to return as a standby. REVolution cannot guarantee standby availability in a rescheduled class. –It is your responsibility to call the office to determine space available for standby rescheduling. REVolution personnel will not automatically call you to reschedule. ENROLLMENT –Your enrollment fee is on file for one year from the date of your original scheduled class start date. If you do not complete the course within that time, your enrollment fee shall be considered forfeited.
